webcams will be fun once we get closer to streaming refresh rates. then i could send someone an email whom i knew was at their computer. people usually change body posture when they change programs or interfaces, so i would know when they might be checking their email. i could then watch to see what their reaction is. whether they laugh or smile, look aghast, or frustrated.

one of the most useful things i've found recently is the AltaVista Image Search engine. you can find literally hundreds of pictures on pretty much anything you want. say you need inspiration for how to design a coffee cup shaped gif, go search for "coffee cup" or "coffee mug" and search through the 100's of results.

i found a site a while ago, that gave you the associate numbers for various charities, so that you could give your amazon.com referal money to a good cause. if anyone knows where this is, i'd appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

eye candy from the underground gives a wonderful look at nine primary styles of experimental page design. As owen said, it should be made into a poster so we can hang it on our bathroom doors and be forced to look at it everyday.
